# Growth House

> Growth House runs The Marketing Engine for local service businesses: local SEO, AI search visibility, and weekly blog and Google Business Profile posts, built, hosted and run for you. From $1,500 a month.

Growth House is run by Sami Gomez (Studio Sami LLC, Davenport, Florida) and works across the United States with local and multi-location service businesses, ecommerce brands, agencies and studios, solo consultants and coaches, nonprofits, campaigns, practices, congregations and organizations of every other kind. No industry, category or cause is excluded, and there is no size or revenue threshold: the engine runs the same marketing and operations work whoever is buying it, and Sami decides what she takes on herself, on the call. The core product is The Marketing Engine: a done-for-you system that gets a business found on Google and named in AI answers (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude), and publishes its content every week without the owner doing it. Everything is built, hosted and run by Growth House. Clients do not learn or maintain a tool.

## The Marketing Engine (core)

- Price: $2,500 setup, then $1,500/mo, covering the first location (or brand, for an online business). Each additional one is $600/mo. Six-month minimum, then month to month.
- Who it is for: Owners who know marketing is the growth lever and keep running out of week.
- Local and AI search visibility: The engine behind our local service client's results. Gets you into the local top three and into the answers AI assistants give, across every service and location you cover.
- Content on a schedule: One idea becomes a week of posts in your voice, queued for your approval. You press approve, it publishes. Your marketing stops depending on your mood.
- The report that writes itself: Where the leads came from, what moved, what slipped, in plain language in your inbox every week. No dashboard you have to remember to open.
- Live proof: a multi-location local service business runs on this engine today, with blogs, Google Business Profile posts, rank tracking and drift monitoring published on a schedule with no human in the loop.

## Add-ons (switched on next to the core)

- Additional location or brand: $600/mo each. Its own keyword set, pages, posts and tracking.
- Front Desk Agent: $1,000 setup, $900/mo. Instant replies; Missed calls texted back; Follow-up that actually happens.
- Social Agent: $400/mo. Your Instagram and TikTok videos, republished to YouTube and titled for search. For businesses already filming.

## Custom builds

From $5,000, quoted on a consultation. For the specific need you have not found a tool for. Built around how your business actually runs, and quoted once we have seen the problem. Most are built for businesses already running the engine. Typical examples: a chat agent for your website; a lead magnet that works; a partnership engine; a crm built around you; ask your business anything; paperwork to clean data.

## Frequently asked questions

### What does it cost?

$1,500 a month, plus $2,500 to set it up, on a six-month minimum. That covers your first location, and each extra one is $600 a month. The Front Desk Agent is $900 a month on top when you want every lead answered for you. Custom builds start at $5,000 and are quoted once we have seen the problem, because no two of those are the same job.

### How involved am I?

About an hour a month, total. One onboarding session at the start, a photo drop from your phone, and an approval here and there. The engine tells you when it is running low on photos rather than someone chasing you for them.

### Is there a minimum term?

Six months. Search does not move in four weeks, and a three-month term would mean asking you to judge the engine before it has produced anything. Six months clears the point where results show up. After that it is month to month.

### What if I serve more than one area?

That is the best case for this, and it is what the client in the case study does across three markets. Each market gets its own keyword set, its own profile, and its own tracking, at $600 a month each after the first.

### What does this mean for my team?

It takes the publishing and the chasing off them, so the people you have already hired spend their week on the work that actually brings money in. If you are solo, it is the marketing team you do not have to build yet, at a fraction of what an agency would cost you for the same output.

### Can you build something custom for us?

Yes, and it is the best work we do. We take those on for clients whose engine we already run, because by then we know how your business moves and the build takes one conversation instead of a discovery phase.
